The coil made its first swing at 730 this morning and just keep on going until I got tired 3 hours later. It was a good day for hunting. Temp was 66 degrees and partly sunny. Ground starting to dry out. The ring is one of those if you put it on will turn your finger green and maybe your arm along with the person standing next to you will probably turn green also. Had a great time this morning. Thanks for looking in and Happy Trails.....Z

Lot's of recoveries Zeekey

Aright! Nice solid hunt! Good haul for 3 hrs. Perfect hunting weather, sure feels like Fall, I bet we get Summer in October this year.

Sorry guys I didn't post it all. When I said the ground was kind of hard I went to tot lots. Sorry You can't get that many clean coins digging in the ground. Sorry.
Thanks ez4sure, Elton and Mud.
Mud I hope you are right about summer in October. I am not much for doing the tot lots because the knees really take a beating because I bend down and not get on my knee to retrieve the coins. When I get down on my knee in the wood chips or sand the digging tool just sinks when I try to get up. I use the digging tool to help get up. You would think I would give up detecting and do something easier on the body like knitting? Nah I am a manly man you can't have a sun tan when knitting. Thanks for looking in and Happy Trails....Z

Well..put a knitting needle in the back of your socks with the sharp end up, then you should be able to jump right up double quick when you squat down on it! Just trying to help is all.

Thanks Jim it is important to stay young in the brain. Been reading a lot about that lately. Mud my wife sure does get mad when I come back with all those needles bent and holes in my socks......Z
