Can anyone help ID these please ?

Found a 10k 1968 Class Ring today with my new F5.

I have no details of the school, so I am at a loss.
 
There are many overseas "American Schools" for ex pats and children of American parents living in other countries. Based on the Tiger mascot, my guess is the K-12 American school in Taipei, Taiwan. ROC law allows anyone with a foreign passport, not just American citizens to attend these schools. According to their website 87 percent of graduates go on to US Colleges. Since you appear to be located in the UK, perhaps this person is of British descent??

A Google search also hit on some correspondence schools as "American School." It seems there are some 15,000 of them worldwide. Any markings on the inside? I looked through about 18 pages of Google images for "American School class ring" and saw nothing similar.
