I'm Excited ! I have a ...... Coming Monday !!

With the new style octagon coil fitted as standard on the Vista Smart + Pro, I bet it has some serious depth punch! I was going to order a Smart + Pro myself, but opted for the basic vista Smart + model instead. Since it has more coil options available and also the possibility of picking up some bargain second-hand coils too. I’m really looking forward to your feedback regarding the Smart + Pro, as from reading your previous posts I see you have had plenty of experience with the Vista Smart.

Thank's Richard. Love to hear your opinion.

Hey Richard, how much discrimination does the X have?. I had a vista gold when they first came out, It disc'ed out iron and a bit of small foil. Awesome depth and great audio on it.

Bugg, the Vista will disc out almost everything. I say almost because I couldn't get it to disc out a silver coin.. The X is good for hunting coins especially if you want to hit an area that has been hunted hard but everybody used higher discrimination. You can actually set up a notch for coins.. I have tried a notch for nickels and it works well.. Richard

thanks for the info. i need to take a closer look!
