...with my Fisher 1280X;that is..Im overdue to find a nice GOLDEN item in the H20-.LOTS of places to hit in Michigsn this season in the moisture!!.

think the water has to get a little warmer yet. Last year I barely fit into the chest waders with the thermals, etc underneath...thinking I gained a few more inches over the winter. Got a couple guys from my church interested in doing some detecting. One has the Whites DFX (one for him and one for the wife) and the other guy I think he said he had a Whites as well...he always shows up at church with some cool finds. Both know of old school houses to check. One is on private property so I know it hasn't been hit and I will only have access to it with my Brother from the church. The other is one the other Brother has detected but he thinks there is more to be found...he hasn't used his machine much.

With all that is going on around here with sickness, nursing home stuff, trying to salvage what we can of what my Mother-in-law can't take with her - IRS wants her house as does Medicare...they can fight it out (blood suckers), etc. don't know when I will get out.

Hope you have some good luck in the H20 Steve.

I have a new proto type stainless scoop to test drive before it goes to market!

I'm dying to get out into the water to use my new scoop. So far I have only used it on dry sand and it works great. Thanks for the great scoop!!!

that design was made for sand and beach detecting. Not for prying and water hunting, like the stainless models. Be careful and find some gold! :)
