See I called bart and told him about what I found. All I can say is WOW!!! For got this Sens 30 and up 60 ) and gb at 84.7 for most of the day. Disc at 40.
 
Really nice finds. That is an gorgeous ring. After all it is a gold machine. Has put several gold pieces in my collection. Wont part with my 2.9.
 
I dont think I will either, I have the G2! thanks

I won't be parting with me Gold Bug Pro, it's put 3 gold items and two silver in my hands in the last 5 weeks.

Ken, I'm just curious. I see that you have a bunch of different detectors listed in your signature. If you could only keep one of the detectors you currently own, which one would you keep and why? My best finds so far have been with my Gold Bug Pro, BUT if I could only keep one detector that I currently own, it would be the Tesoro Eldorado uMax with a 7 inch concentric coil.

I think it would be the G2, Great all around detector, Good in the iron and good in the trash. I can do a lot of things with this detector that, I cannot with the rest. I've been to the parks and side of the roads and sidewalks. A lot of other detector's have a masking problem. I am a kind of hear it all type of hunter. Only one of those detector's can be programed. Why did you go with the Tesoro? I'm booking a trip to do some Gold hunting the fall in the mountains of Georgia. By the way I'm not putting all of the other detectors down. I have found good items with all of them. But the G2 is the sweet heart of the group. You can have all of the depth you want, but if the iron is there with the good stuff, you will not hear it.
