impedance meter

Does anyone know of a kit or a article that would given instructions on how to build a impedance meter for measuring coils? Like most of us, money is always short in supply. Any help would be appreciated. Rick S
 
In a few days I send a circuit and the PCB I bulit this and there is a 5% the error of my inductance meter.

Thanks for the help. I have an inductance/capacitance meter. I was looking for a impedance meter. I can buy one, but $400 is alot of money. I was hoping for a schematic to build a impedance meter to help in building IB coils. Again thanks for the info. Rick S
