Dear Friends,
It was a week ago last Friday that I got up feeling weak and totally drained. I dealt with whatever it was that was making me sick for the entire weekend. Monday morning early I went to see my doctor thinking I may have the flu. Upon checking me out, she determined I probably didn't have the flu but some other bug. He placed me on Z-pak and eye drops (because my eyes were badly swollen) for the next five days. Wednesday afternoon I began to feel much better but still weak. Thursday morning I drove to senior pantry, for an appointment, and back home again. I had lunch and took my leukemia meds as I usually do and, within a half-hour, I was sweating so bad that I was totally soaked. That's a positive sign that the meds didn't agree with whatever I ate and every things coming back up! For over a half-hour, I was bent over doing you know what. My system was so weak, at that point, that all I could do was lay down and sleep. That I did for several hours. I got up for a bit
but went back to bed around 8pm and slept off and on until 8am this morning. Again I drove to the doctor's office but couldn't get in until 2pm this afternoon. I'm feeling somewhat better than yesterday but still very weak. We'll see what he says for my appointment this afternoon. I'm hoping he will order blood test to see what's going on and how my white cell count is doing. I will keep you all posted, as to what's happening in the days to come. Please continue to pray for complete healing, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
