INTERNET DETECTING SHOW

Wed., Mar. 11th, 2015...8:00 PM Eastern Time... BEYOND SIGHT AND SOUND....with Josh Kimmel (Treasure Seeker) and Co-host Kenny Moore (dirtbandit33)

MOE DIPINTO: LET'S TALK DEUS! XP DEUS!

Well folks, We've all seen or heard about the nice finds that have recently and in the past been being made with the XP Deus. I know I've congratulated a few DEUS users on their recent finds of silver, artillery shells, and civil war plates to name a few of the nice finds that have been made with the DEUS. Maybe it's time that we take an in depth look into this machine. It's weight, user friendliness, settings, and performance! That brings us to Mr. Moe Dipinto. Moe is actually the senior product specialist for Detector Electronics as well as a XP service technician for XP Americas. As a hunter in the hobby for somewhere around 25yrs, Moe knows how frustrating it can be to have a machine sent out for repair work and when he took his job as a service tech he took it seriously. He tries to get the DEUS machines back out to the user the same day or next day at the latest if possible and in many instances providing the customer with a personal call to let them know he got the machine and is trying to resolve the issue and get it back out to them. How cool is that for customer service?! Join myself and Kenny Moore as we talk DEUS with Moe. Call in with your questions. What a great source of information about this machine when it comes from not only a long time hunter but from a service technician for the DEUS! While you're waiting for the show drop by and check out the dirtbandit's latest plate recovery with his DEUS. Tune in folks! We hope to hear from you!

KsHollywood,
This sounds like a great watch/listen.
I'm just afraid I might miss it.
I'm not the sharpest keyboard in the box when it comes to computers and the internet.
I've gone to the links that you provided and don't see where I should be watching or listening.
Can you explain.

Thanks! I'll try to catch it...!

Thats a great service guy there!...Somebody with a real understanding and fire to make things happen....priceless for a company to have a guy like that on board!

I started out as a tech service guy, always told the ones I hired, "I will know if you are doing your job on account of MY phone wont be ringing" "Your job is to keep MY phone from ringing, unless its with some praise"
A really great service tech is what makes the Brand...probably the best 'sales' guy out there in that regard...generally go unnoticed, under appreciated, and on duty 24/7..a great service tech is a character trait..

While it was somewhat entertaining I did not find it to be very informative.

I hunted with Josh this winter and he told me about his new show...he is a real nice guy...WATCH IT

Yes Josh is a nice guy and I'm proud to call him a friend

Parkgt what didn't you like about it?

Sucks...these detecting shows/you tube are destroying the hobby...nice guys or not,the more videos and shows I see the more guys I see in the park with a garden spade and Bounty hunter machines destroying the park, found a guy and a kid last year with a garden spade with a 4x8 area turned over 2 ft deep directly in front of an 1800s house in a high traffic area of a public park, all excited all out his clad coin spill of "roundness" and of course I set him straight and was as nice as I could be for the kids sake... if he was caught I'm sure it would have been over for that park as far as diggin

i have also been denied permission because of the Diggers idiots directly.... because they came to my little town outside Pittsburgh and plundered some historical properties acting like morons and disrespecting history...I was told we don't want people like them around here, have a nice day!

It is not that I didn't like the show; and for someone thinking of purchasing a Deus it may have been enough to swing the decision.

I have owned mine for a year and although I don't consider myself an expert with it, I don't feel I learned anything new in regards to using it more effectively. Some with less time may have benefited.

I agree diggers is a disgrace but this show is to teach the new guys not to make those mistakes. You can call in and ask the seasoned guys questions. Not every show on TV,radio,Internet is bad.

Didn't know that,I guess I shoulda check it our b4 I posted, that's a good thing!now I can agree with that kind of show 4 sure
