Yes, we are losing our freedom of speech rights and this poor man was treated badly! If they had a ruling on no signs at the State Fair or what size of signs that would be different, but they didn't seem to explain to him about it! I think he was right to stand up for his rights, until they showed him differently or needed a permit to display a sign! Praise God for that lady who was giving him water to drink and to refresh his face while lying there in a very uncomfortable position....I think these Security Guards were afraid of losing their jobs, so went too far to the left and that is what most people do now-a-days, thinking about their pocket-books instead of the rights people should still have! Stand up and speak up for our freedoms in America before they are all gone and we are living under dictatorship and the UN's Worldly Laws! BO is using the UN to fight Arizona's new law concerning illegal immigrants and of course the left is always on the side of satan and his demons ruling those without a believing faith in Jesus! May God have mercy and help Christians win before it is too late and may Jesus come and catch us away soon, after saving those who will be saved! Amen! Ma Betty

That although this guy may very well have grounds for a Civil Rights Lawsuit I also think, not having been there in person, that he was in fact disturbing the peace. The Alaska State Fairgrounds Are "Privately Owned." That means that he does not have the Right to hold a Protest there without a Permit. Reason : He Disturbed the Peace and Endangered the Safety of others there.You can not walk into a hotel lobby, A school or Church or someplace like that and hold a protest.To do so "DOES" Disturb the Peace and "DOES" Endanger the safety of others.What would happen if an innocent bystander was shot by that Guard. What then???? Now on The Flip Side : I also do believe that this guy "At First" complied with the orders of the Security Personnel. Then the Security Personnel started getting physical with him which thus caused the situation to spiral out of control. That is when the real problems started.At that point it was no longer about him protesting. It became a matter where the Security went "completely" overboard. Then the State Police Officer showed up and got Offensive toward the innocent Fair Goers. I think he has a case against the Security and against the State for violating his Civil Rights. The bad news is I believe the Security does have a case against him for Disturbing the Peace and possibly Wreckless Endangerment. I think that the way it will work in Court is that he will get 30 days Probation and Ordered to stay away from the Fair Grounds.That he will be allowed to proceed with a Civil Rights Lawsuit.I do believe he will win it to.!!!! Then again both sides can agree to drop all charges and law suits and walk away from it all.Looking at this guy and his overall demeanor I think it very well may go all the way. If you notice he obviously does not have any money. He could sure use some.!!!! Think about it.!!!! Anyway just some thought on this video ok. PEACE:RONB

I can almost guarantee you, Barker, that if it were the Muslims with a sign, or a leftist speaking against Christians or a Homosexual doing it, things would have been far different! This is only the beginning, because the world will get worse and worse as sinners overtake with what they want and if BO stays in office with a majority of Democrats and lefttists in Congress! The Book of Revelation is being fulfilled fast and there most likely isn't much time to be saved before Jesus' comes to take God's Children away from the great tribulation coming upon the whole earth! I pray all my loved ones know Him personally before then! One World Gov't is coming and BO is already in it and getting help from the UN for going against the American Citizens! May God Bless! Amen! I understand, Barker, but if it was different like I said, then the Security Guards would have treated them differently than they did this older man who is against BO and all his leftists!
