......in the sense that electronic circiuts are processing info and using batteries right up near your brain. Could this trigger tinnitis, or headaches??? Can the headset with multiple 9 volt batteries and controls; get too heavy on your head? Any feedback on these questions??? Thanks.
 
The transmitted signal goes to the coil, away from your head. Unlike a cell phone that is right next to your head.
I haven't heard of any complaints of it being too heavy on your head.
