All 50 states in 2 years or less. I would not think so but it will be soon. Grandkids will never get a chance to detect at this rate, so I guess they need to become government employees. The link below will get you to the law they are trying to pass to limit our ability to detect in VA. We will see. I could have read it wrong but it looks like permission in writting, and limited by the state somehow.
