Are there any places or situations where an
ACE250 is better than the GTI1500 or vcie versa?

Its gonna be a LONNNNNNGGGGGGGGGG winter!!!

The first thought that come's to mind is High Risk Urban Area's ( inter-city )

Keeping a detector in your car or truck all the time for hunt's of un-planed oppertunity.

As a spare

Just to have one (or the other).

Ace only weighs 2.7 lb's.The GTI 4.1 lb's.If you don't hang the batteries on you're hip, you're arm might fall off if you hunt all day.What does the GTI weigh with out the battery pack?

Nor sure but I htink its a bit
heavier than the 250..What i mewant was
if there are DETECTING situations where
one unit might be better than the other
