ITS A CLAD SUNDAY

Decided to try the perimeter of the high school today. Started out around 7:30, still a little cool, but the grass was very dry.
I swear this is the honest truth. I got my AT Pro out of the car, Put the coil on the ground set the decrimination to 10 ground balanced
Moved the coil less than 6", got a 91 reading. Hit 3 clad quarters one on top of the other. Second hit was a coin spill of a quarter, 2 dimes
And a penny. My next dig was a 79 signal. Turned out to be a 4" Swiss Army knife. By 9:15 the temperature had finally made it to 50 degrees.
We continued to hunt for another half hour. All in all, I dug 18 quarters, 6 dimes, 5 nickels, a token and a Swiss Army knife. $5.35, not a bad Sunday
Morning hunt.

Not bad? I'd say that was real good for less than two hours. I've only found one Swiss Army knife, it still had the tweezers and toothpick in it, but, roots had gotten under the plastic handle sides and lifted both of them off......except for that, it was still in pretty good shape. If you never have a day any worse than this one, you will be doing real well!! I'd be happy with that!
