James, What a short spring and summer

Rick(ND)

Well-known member
It was so nice a week ago and though we had spring, but right now it looks like we have a good 3-4 inches of snow and blowing winds. Seems like every time I get a chance to get out the weather is bad.
Talk to Tim and he picked up another barber quarter this past week and some other nice coins with the new SE he got, seems to be better signals on deep targets than his EX2 he has.
One of these weekend we got to get all of us together and do some serious detecting.

Remember not to leave home without your Winter Survival Kit also Rick. You never know when you will need it. Yeah! This Weather is really started to get frustrating.:rage: Planned on another trip but looks like the Snow hit the fan. Could have gone West, but Dale thought it would be too Cold still. Guess there's always next weekend. I heard about Tim sneaking off again and finding another Barber Quarter from the same spot he got the last 3 at.:throw: I guess I would be doing the same if I was self-employed during the week. It's too bad you didn't come with last weekend, since I know you would have had that Seated Quarter for sure. We definitely need to get together and do some hunting Rick. Got to get you some Silver. Well, I'm going outside to make some Snow Angels and I'll chat with you later. :crazy:Good Luck and HH if the Snow ever stays away for more than 2 weeks.

I myself thought it to be way too short but maybe thats just me. I hope this is the last of the Snow for the year. It's got me wondering if out Seeded Hunt next month will be in the Snow also. I better go buy some Snow Shoes just in case! Hope your area don't get much Snow so you can get out and do some detecting. Good Luck and HH.:detecting:
