You got in a huff over a few deleted posts and you are choosing to leave,If you were banned we wouldnt be reading your lame post. The moderators of this fourm do a fine job.Sometimes people get under other peoples skin, sometimes things are said ,and as a result sometimes posts get deleted,Also if you bad mouth a sponser of the fourm that post will also be deleted.This fourm is by far the most liberal there is and I really dont think its to cool to put the blame on MR> Bill. you were warned, and the situation was explained on the fourm and via a PM< it was you that continued to be hostile and insist that somehow you were treated in an un-american manner. AND Here you are again whining like a little pathetic baby trying to blame the guy for doing his job and somehow get some sympathy in the process......
 
...come on man, quit holding back...tell us how you REALLY feel! :lol:

If GR was banned for expressing his views then I disagree with you. If he has chosen to leave because he will not accept censorship then I cannot fault him, but it is his choice and he has not been banned.
What I do see, is that we as a group have lost the experience and knowledge that GR has shared generously with us in the past.:(
Bill Crabtree has a tough and generally thankless job as moderator, a job I do not envy him. However if GR was banned for expressing his opinion a little forcefully then I disagree with this action.
I for one will miss GR's insights and wit, he made the forums more interesting and lively. Sometimes we need a kick in our couch potato butts to get our grey matter working and that in the end makes us better detectorists.

BUT

What I want most of all is to have Fun finding Gold and sharing my experiences with my pirate brothers on this forum.
