Hey NH Bob,
I realty don't care what you do or what with on the detecting bit. I always look for and read your postings to all subjects in the Forum and really owe you a big thank you for everything you have commented on, information you have passed on and about just anything you have posted, as it is more valuable than you will ever know.
Regardless of what machine you choose to use (and I have even supported the X-Terra to all my friends for price and the soooo lightness less-fatigue hunting), I think you will still be here - commenting as usual and I will be reading every word, and THAT is a sure thing an a comfort to me and I'm sure to a lot of others here.
