Well Sr and I went down to Louisville Kentucky to meet up with Charlie and his wife Bev. Bev sure can cook a great meal <img src="/metal/html/razz.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":razz"> Here's a picture of Charlie and Bev at one of the sites we hunted....

Sr's found a 71 caliber ? minnie (these things are HUGE!) and this 1858"O" seated half dollar <img src="/metal/html/shocked.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":shock"> The half was at a soild 11 inches deep. He said he had the whole Lesche digger in the hole <img src="/metal/html/lol.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":lol"> <IMG SRC="/metal/html/ml.gif" BORDER=0 width=30 height=15 ALT="m~"> POWER! What a great find Sr! <img src="/metal/html/clap.gif" border=0 width=20 height=30 alt=":clap">

We had an awesome time down there with Charlie and Bev <img src="/metal/html/clap.gif" border=0 width=20 height=30 alt=":clap"> Man it sure beats hunting here in Michigan.

right now I'd be happy to find anything in Michigan other than this snow. Can't even dig in my own back yard.
Oh well its got to melt eventually.
71 minni - I thought the 54 cal from the Zouave I used to own was big. 71 would make that 54 so small in comparison.
