kHz Question

New member
I would like to hear opinions on what the experienced detectorists believe to be the best operating kHz for locating deep coin targets.
Thank you in advance.

I'd agree with that. Both my 6.592 kHz White's XLPro and the 3 kHz on my X-Terra 70 are silver killers. Excellent on copper as well. I suppose there is a bit of a trade off. Higher freqs are best suited for lower conductors and lower freqs are better suited for higher conductors. JMHO HH Randy

The electronics have just as much ability to to tweak the machine for diiferent conductivity. And a hello to you Digger.....long time no talk! Email me your phone number and lets have a YAK one of these days. :)
