Recently my Killer B II headphones quit working after a lot of hard use over the past year and a half. As we all know if a human made a human can break it or wear it out. Took me a while to determine if it was phones or machine. Contacted John Smith and then sent them to him for repair. He received them Wednesday afternoon, Repaired them on Thursday and had them on their way back to me on Friday. Not only do I really like the headphones I really appreciate the way John takes care of their customers.
