LandStar vs LandGWP models

I've been searching online for a good price on a LandStar, however confused that I've found a couple sites that sell two version of the LandStar....one which a model name of "LandStar" and 2nd one with "LandGWP". With the GWP version one being quite a bit lower in price.

Does anyone know what's different with this GWP version Landstar is? Maybe it is a refurnished unit?
 
From What I have been able to tell, the GWP is a package deal with the pouch and Digging tool...if it is cheaper, get it...The machine in the package is the same...The GWP is jjust a promotional item.
