Is the Grizzly 3 ora 45' KEENE SLUICE are these the best non-motorized alluvial gold processing
equipment out there or is there something I've overlooked or some secret invention little known.

Look into a Proline sluice. Stay away from any products by Jobe. Their sluices look snazzy but lack proper trapping features. they paint their riffles yellow, may be powdercoated. Either way it is a bad idea to paint riffles yellow. I don't think their equipment is well thought out as far as is it effiecient most all of the time if set up properly. And yes as far as non motorized equipment to move lots af material, the sluice reigns supreame. I built a sluice that is 20" wide and 7 ft long with a two ft long header plate above black ribbed matting. I designed it this way to be able to dump a full 5 gal bucket in it at once with no classifying. I used four ft of 3 lb expanded metal for the riffles, carpet and miners moss on top of carpet. Medium length carpet to really trap fine gold that gets under the moss. I once moved 50 5 gal buckets in two hours. Now that is productivity. It trapped gold very well. You do need a strong water flow though to clear lighter material thru.
