Did'nt get out much in 2008 but thought I would try an find all the 2007 pics. these are the gold and silver finds from sept.

Did ya find them water hunting?

WOW, those are really nice finds, Lee, and shows that you have knowledge and experience in :detecting: for many years! Congrats! :clapping: God Bless! Betty

guess I should have put more info, DUUHHH! we are blessed with about fifty or sixty volleyball courts here in the Quad cities. that's where I find all the good gold and silver. I have secured a few good swimmin holes for this year, big water and lots of sand.

Two of my three brothers say it's cheatin to hit them courts. I say it's just like the beach, what better fun can you have in the sand

It ain't cheatin. A find is a find, no matter where you find it. They lost 'em you found 'em! Good job. Keep on digging.

I agree with DK.....losers weepers....finders keepers! What is the difference between VB Courts and playgrounds, parks or the beaches....People play, coins and jewelry are lost! If they want them back, then let them get a detector and search in hot weather, cold weather, rainy weather or whatever! Detectors are expensive and the weather isn't always ageeable! :) God Bless! Betty

I hear that, we do put an ad in the local paper once a month in the summer just to see if anybody lost jewelry but no one ever replies. we feel a little sorry for some folks that lose a really good one. But what ya gonna do but keep it if nobody wants it back.
