Last hunt of 2004

Dale and I hit the cornfield for the last hunt of the year. Finally found a button or at least most of an eagle button. I knew we would find one. I had found a few button backs so I knew we were due. I found what we think is a spencer shell casing. The spencer bullet fits it perfect. Also found a couple more Gardners and a couple minnies. Came home with several more lead RR door seals. This sight has produced both Union and Confederate relics. Today I dug a gardner and then 5 feet away dug the Union eagle button. Great weather, great sight, great company. What more could you ask for?
