I hunted an old city park the day before Christmas eve and found this 1868 shield nickel. It is only the 2ond one I have ever found in 30 years of hunting. Both were found with AT Gold. The date is hard to see without magnification. How weird is the snake ring? It has sterling stamped in it. Hope everyone has a great 2019.
