Last weeks Safari finds.

From a well hunted colonial site. Best regards.

That's some nice stuff there!!! I still have the Quatro, which I still love, but I'm certainly interested in this new Safari. Looks like it's really living up to the Minelab, or should I say: "Quatro's newer brother" name, or whatever you want to call it. I like how you put your post, or maybe it was someone else with the Safari, but at any rate. No frills just finds, or something like that. That's pretty much how I've always looked at my Quatro also. It's not quite as fancy as the Explorer, but for me at least, it certainly gets the job done, that I want it to do. I hope the finds forum opens up a new section, just for the Safari owners, in the future, but for now it's fine with me, for you guys to be on this part of the forum, because, as far as I understand, the Safari is now the "big brother" or should we say, "the new kid in town" when it comes to the Quatro "neighborhood". I hear it's supposed to be faster than the Quatro in swingability, which has always been the "beef" of many Quatro owners, so if that's true, good for Minelab for addressing that issue. Marc Trainor.

It has a much faster recovery speed and the coil really separates targets.

That's great to hear. That seems to be "technology in action", and your not having to pay tons more money for it, apparently. Thanks for the response. Marc.
