Late post of Labor Day Weekend's Finds. Part:1.

Add all them Keepers + about 200 Junk Items, that's a LOAD. Heck, I even forgot to mention how much Clad I got. Maybe will have to post that also. Thanks for the reply Phil and Good Luck and HH to you.

Don't have specific figures for sure on how much but it is rather large. I started back when I was a kid but then High School came around and I lost interest. Then I decided to get back into it when I got out of School a few years later. That was in the Fall of 2001 when I got my XS and it's been Silver all the way since then. I would have to estimate I have detected about 10-12 years or so. You really need to get out and try that Pro Coil Charles! You wouldn't want to mistreat it and get the wrong kind of Dust (the kind from just sitting around) on it would you? Hope you get out soon with it and make a killin' with finds! Thanks for the reply and Good Luck and HH to you.

Minelab Sovereign Elite/GT and Excaliber Forum for your questions. Either that or maybe the Water and Beach Forum. Good Luck and HH to you.

Just trying to keep the Silver flowing through the Veins. Hope your getting out a bit and making some finds yourself. Good Luck and HH to you when you do get out next Mike.

After all that digging, I wasn't stiff anywhere and could keep detecting till who knows. Glad to hear you liked the finds and Good Luck and HH to you on your next hunt.

how much Junk I dug on these days. I dug about 200 Junk Targets, if not more during this weekend's hunt. I also found 38 Quarters, 48 Dimes, 25 Nickels, and 201 Pennies. Add everything up for Targets and well, that's a Lot Of Digging! Just thought some maybe interested in knowing this. Good Luck and HH to you all.

Then like everyone but me that also has one, you won't need to dig all that trash, just good targets only:rofl: All this with 2/3rds of the screen discriminated out. Oh, and you can do it on your first outing (dig NO trash), not a single nail, even though you haven't even learned where the coins hit or exactly what numbers they will come in at. I must be dum or sumpin,.........no;....... wheelie. I think we will all be using depleted uranium powered X-ray vision glasses when you are still using your XS and probably still whomping most our butts. Carry on James. Carry on:super:

But then again, maybe I go overboard when out detecting and go the Extra Mile (now that is one heck of a search area:rofl:) and really overdue it. Maybe I should have a Limit on finds? What do you say Rick(ND) or anyone else for that matter? Only X amount of Keepers during an outing. If it was only that simple. Thanks for the reply Digitrich and Good Luck and HH to you.

Even though the E-TRAC is suppose to be better with Rusty Nails, how is it with Can Slaw and other things like Copper Wire, Pipe, Fittings, Brass, and other things that read like coins? I bet the E-TRAC still reads some of these items as Coins. I'd like to see a Detector come out that can tell the difference in some of these things. Even them Small Copper Washers. If I only was made of Money, I would have an E-TRAC also just for a New Toy to play around with but I don't really think that my Explorer XS will be replaced in the near future. It's just too DAMN HOT on Silver and all them other Keepers I keep bringing home every outing. So why change something when it isn't broken? Just remember you may leave some Ultra Deep Keepers that may sound like Falses when the E-TRAC does have one so best to dig and find out. Need I Say More! :poke: Thanks for the comical reply Digitrich! You got me Chucklin' on this one! Good Luck and HH to you with your New E-TRAC.
