Because the fields are mostly planted now I have been limited. however these two have been found in the last week. The first is a low quality silver denarius of Julia Mamaea reverse Venus Mamaea mother of Severus Alexander they both were murdered in A.D.235. The other is a small(9mm diameter) Celtic coin of King Rues who was an associate of King Tasciovanus in the late 1st century BC
 
Very nice finds. I need to get out and travel more...if they will just let me away from the "Home." :rofl:

Terrific finds. Are you hunting in England? Great place to detect, so much history and the age of relics can be awesome. Here stateside we are ecstatic with 200 year old coins. Keep sharing your finds and, again, congrats! Mark
