I was able to contact the local rep for Herff Jones who could not provide any info on it. He did forward my request for information on to the main office. Heard back today from the main office, via the rep, and they advised they do not have records going back that far so cannot be of any help.

Best I could do is put out a local found property ad in the paper. I don't have much hope it would do much good. There are no local schools with the letter C and anything with a C would be in other counties that do not get the our local paper. Also being a tourist town, hard to say where the owner is from and if a tourist then probably not up here right now - unless she is up here for ice fishing, snow mobiling or cross country skiing. Think I've come to a dead end on this one.
