Latest update I have for Brian and family...

That is what we are told anyway. It all depends on how Brian recovers. The nurse put Brians medicine in through his tube last night and asked me to watch the first time and then Carol and I will give them today. He will also get his first feeding today too.

Brian didn't sleep well last night because he slept most of the day so Carol and I worked in shifts. I got the first shift and got an hour or two of sleep in between caring for Brian and Carol didn't get much more since she was in the same room. Carol took over for me at about 5am...I think.

The nurse is here...I'll be back!

I'm back. Carol got to put Brian's meds in and his first meal...a breakfast of Pedi-a-lite. He'll get three meals today and the next one will be of more substance. He seems to be in quite a bit of pain both in his face and his stomach. My poor buddy is just miserable right now!

He'll get better soon though, he always does and we'll be hitting 40E for the trip home.

God bless Brian and each of you and praying he is well enough to go home by Sat or soon, so all can rest better in your own beds! I don't sleep very well when away from home, so may the Lord wrap His loving arms around you and give each strength to go and the power to overcome whatever trial comes along in this earthly life!
