Usually at the time of payoff the item is available because it was put away, but you said it might not be.
So if we make an agreement for payoff in six months, you are saying the detector might not be available?
I think a lay away is great opinion in these times, but I would be disappointed if I paid for six months and then not get my detector even though you would refund the full money.

[size=large]Oak, that is a valid point and one that I have taken into consideration... Nothing is absolute, therefore there are exclusion clauses in any oral or written agreement . My way of dealing with the situation is that 99 % of the detectors will be in stock, but if it is a rarity, and is becoming unavailable, I have basically 2 approaches...1: ordering before supply is completely gone and/or 2: help the individual to upgrade to a better detector.. Hope this calms any fears because it is a good question that needs answering..thanks Richard[/size]
