Your picture sizes are 3510 x 2550, which is <BIG><STRONG>HUGE!</STRONG></BIG> The file size limit for uploaded files is 1024 KB, which is a lot less than what you are uploading. Try using an image editor to resize your pictures and save them as JPG files as opposed to BMP. If you save them to 1024 x 768 size JPG's, you shouldn't have any problem.
