Talked to a roofing guy who does metal roofs,whom told me why I do not want a metal roof,I would just be better off throwing some blown insulation up there in the attic (200 bucks,a guy quoted me sprayed foam insulation in the attic at TWO THOUSAND!!!!!)no brainer there.....He also told me to improve the venting up yonder,and we'll be IN LIKE FLINT,BABY!!!!!!!Come on,Spring!!!!

Sure different in prices when doing anything to our homes....my neighbor down the street needed a new filter for their furnace (the kind that is only changed once a year) and the company she had called was going to charge her an enormous price for the filter and she would have to pay overtime after 3:30 in the afternoon, as they start real early and quit early...Well, she called a heating and cooling Company that working in our neighborhood a lot and they only charged $29.95 for the filter and brought it and put it in for them at that price....now that is the difference between companies, so need to check when any work is to be done!
