Long Black Streak on my CTX Screen

Occasionally my screen on my CTX gets a long wide black streak for certain targets usually when I pinpoint what turns out to be an unwanted target and the only way I can get rid of the dark streak is to turn my CTX off and then on again. Is this something that is normal?

Call the repair facility and talk with them about the problem. If you don't get them when you call, they will normally return the call, even though it may be a couple of days later.....
