it's fishin'-n-huntin' season here and I've been smoking and grinning..... and not smokin' what you might think.......

pacific salmon in the smoker....got 30 this year.

next one was a 4' perfect sized fish. (not pictured). Then an oversized 6 footer we had to turn loose....

Now that the temps are well below 60* it's time to smoke some chedder.....

Next month it's deer and elk season...hopefully I can fill the freezer for the winter this year
