General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

Well fall is coming here in Az so time to try and prospect again. Looking to see if anyone has a decent TDI for sale.

Seriously though, I have seen 2 or 3 of them around for sale lately (can't figure out why) but check on
Nuggetshooter.com classifieds and I believe you'll find one. Try eBay to.

Saw one locally on CS but the schmuch wanted $1600.00 stock setup. the BAY had none....I will slip over to nuggetshooters.
 
I agree with you will have to pry it from my cold dead hands IO love this detector! I have owned mine for about 9 months and would not part with it for anything!! I hope you find a used one I purchased mine for $1125 with full warranty..

I was also looking, as i wanted to trade my E-Trac for one. Found two trades but they were two of the first 200 made and i was looking for one of the newer surface mount ones.
 
Surface mount or through hole technology actually the through hole will last longer than SMT it is able to disapte heat much better ,SMT is just a money saving idea for the electronic industry everything mounted on the board and all components miniturized it also gives you alot more space to work with, manufacturers have been touting SMT for awhile it really does not make any differance!!! All components are made of the same material...

You got that right prospector_55, SM/TH come on, this detector ROCKS! I got mine off my bud in OR, (Brand New, not a scratch on it and full warranty about 10 months ago)
Found a lot of gold & silver with it and never looked back!
Take the time to learn your MD, understand the language it speaks you'll enjoy it more and you're finds will explode for sure!

Dang...they are tough to find....and I do not a have dealer local. May have to resort to a Minelab:-(

If'n you want one of those 5K Minelabs Scott, well Steve H. is the man to talk to, he's got those too!:thumbup:

BTW, I've been seeing those SD's & GP's selling like crazy lately!
 
I am not even remotely interested in a 4500. Too much money for me. I had the TDI last year and loved it actually...although if I were to go Minelab I would go either an SD2200 or an Extreme...but I couldnt find any Extremes.
But...I bought the TDI Steve had so I am set.
