looking for Charles (Upstate NY USA

He is lurking out there somewhere. Looking for the next park to suck dry of silver and gold.

How's it going Ed? Are you guys planning to come down to Jeff's "Seated Park" this season? I was there a few weeks ago. I managed 6 or 7 Indian Heads and a Seated Dime. Any luck in your NY parks so far this year?

Take care,
Todd

I have been building coils and stuff most of this season but finally got out there for a few days of beach hunting this past week. Here's my email address... ckeith1@nycap.rr.com

Hey Todd how's it going? We'll definately have to get back over there to seated park. Maybe pretty soon too, 4th of July timeframe as I have a few extra days off the week prior. I'd like to try out my 11x14 inch coil there, should be the mother of all trash tests! lol

Been busy, haven't been detectin a lot.YOu still taking apart your machines and tinkering with them.haha.How were your finds last year, anything interesting popup.Dave

I didn't get out much last year but managed my oldest to date, 1735 king george and a sweet 20k gold ring from the 1800's, its pretty heavy.

I'm still taking the machines apart, the coil building is coming along nicely. I have a cnc mill now and I'll begin machining a waterproof housing for the Explorer later this week.

We should get out for a hunt sometime this year, maybe when it cools off a bit.

keep us informed on the waterproof housing...got a couple of relic sites that I sure would like to have a waterproof exll at
