Looking to buy a T2 SE , is it true.......

.....is it true everytime you turn in the T2 SE that you have to reset all your settings overor does it stay in the settings you had before you shut it down the last time hunting ? It's either a T2 SE or a F75 LTD. Which is better and why ?

The T2, from what I have heard, needs to be reset every time. However, I have also heard it doesn't take more than a few seconds to do once you get the hang of it.

It really depends on the type of hunting you do. I think they'll both work great for anything. However, my money will be going toward a T2.

Both are products of First Texas manufacturing. Coils are not interchangeable It is a quick set up on the T2..

I guess what some call quick might be a hassle for others.

If you like to hop from site to site like I do in the woods then turning the machine off and back on again can be a bit of a hassle.

I often wish the T2se could hold its settings. There are six adjustments which take 2 or 3 seconds each. Occasionally you might have to manual ground balance which can take up to half a minute if you run the machine hot.

If you hunt sites for an hour or more, setting up the machine is no big deal.

You are correct in assuming that its not possible to save the settings but as it only takes just seconds to set up anyway.
