M6 and a let down

cosmic

Member
Well I cleaned the Ike dollar a little more to bad it wasn't a silver proof just a clad.. When I was out the M6 got a 50 cent bouncing to a 1.00 signal.. When I pulled the plug I seen a glint of gold sticking out the bottom of the hole at 6".. As my heart raced I pulled up what a first glance looked like a foreign coin but there was two more!! The second one was clean as the three of them were sitting on top of each other.. Took a good look and seen the smiling rat ba#@^&d looking up at me!! Want to smack whoever decided on this token!! Not the first disappointment as I found not one but two reader digest sweepstakes coins... One day I'll get my gold coin...I guess being out playing in the dirt is the real gold... Been out with the XT70 and still learning, but so far the M6 is the one I grab when I'm tired of digging trash!!

[size=large]You got that higher reading most likely because those three tokens we together. I save all of those up and when we do an annual garage sale I bag up all the various arcade tokens and sell them for 20

Hahahahaha. I found one of those little Bat@$#$'s yesterday!
Like you no gold and that ring is still hideing from me!

I was using the Super 12.. I like it and don't have a problem with it in the trash.. The 5.3 is my next favorite here in the mild soil and much deeper then it's size.. Stock coil is very good ID and depth wise and the 6x10 is good in the trash.. But the 5.3 is the best bet in the heaviest of trash..
