Makro Pin Pointer Accessories

Where can I buy the accessories for the Makro pin pointer? Pointer covers, holsters, etc. I can not find any sources using an Internet browser search.

I really enjoy that easy to use pointer.
 
Metaldetector.com is the US distributor, so if anywhere it would be there... they have to have it for any sellers in America to have it...
