May hit the new mill site this weekend

Its back in the woods and the area is not overgrown yet. But my dilemma is this. Fish are biting. lol
 
Is there a lake or pond near the mill? If so, do both.
 
That's my dilemma when I'm at the beach. I'll put my surf rod in the holder and pick up the detector and hunt while I'm watching the rod at the same time. My wife tries to help out with keeping an eye on the rod, but she does not know the difference between a bite and the surf/waves pulling the rod tip down.
