Congrats as 100 pounds is hard to lose after easily being put on, so you are doing great in your weight loss...keep it up...I've lost some weight, also, but need to lose some more which is easier said than done but I'm trying...just can't exercise though because of my arthritis and COPD, so taking it off a little at a time which is better in the long run for keeping it off!
