Measly Beesly Finds this morning

Left the house about 15 minutes before sun up. An eerie grave yard fog hugged the grass play areas I drove by.
Drove over to a baseball diamond that's been around for about 20 years that I have been eyeing for some time now.
There was still some fog hovering above the grass when I arrived. Grabbed my gear and headed out to hunt for some goodies.
Had a good feeling about finding a ring.....................and did find one. Only it was a junker, kids butterfly ring. Hunted around the diamond
from 2nd base to home plate from the start of the grass out about 70 feet. Did some meandering about afterwards.
The Vista Gold managed to sound off on some good targets. Got about $2.50 in two $1 coins, 3 dimes, 1 nickel, the rest in pennies.
Along with the usual junk stuff......................The sun was out so around 11 am called it quits, supposed to hit 90 today.
I am finding hunting is disc mode, I can call foil or canslaw targets now about 95% of the time. Started playing around in 2 tone mode as well, towards the end.
Disc mode is pretty quite, 2 tone more action as you are now hearing the iron trash. I did notice that canslaw and foil will give off a high tone, then just at the very end of
the pinpointing procedure, when pulling the coil back, I hear a low tone. So far been trash everytime. I am going to get spoiled not having to dig a lot of that stuff.
Also noticed when in disc mode, I will get a signal, sounds like trash, not a coin but, just a bit different...it ends up being a Canadian $1 coin or a dime.
So far the Vista Gold is turning out to be an excellent hunter in modern day trash with the Super 6x8 coil without the help of a meter.

PS. There were a lot of bees playing amongst the clover in the grass.
