Medallion

Hopefully I’m posting in the right area.

Found this medallion on a site that produced a couple Civil War Eagle buttons and two buckles to a knapsack. Really no other targets to mention or to give any more context.

No writing, marks or other motifs.
Appears to depict a woman in a dress holding a harp (possibly) or reading from a script. Flowers on either side of her and above her head. Back appears to at one time had a wire loop with two small arms and a hole at the bottom. It appears to be complete or minimally not broken, aside from the loop.

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
