Membrane switch malfunction, folks at Teknetics had my G2+ back in less than 12 days. Everyone I talked to at Teknetics super nice. This is the type of service that keeps customers coming back.
 
Happily, that kind of turn around seems to be normal with First Texas these days - I suspect they have done a lot of work on sharpening their customer service performance.
