Metal detecting in Alabama.

New member
I belong to Southeast treasure hunters club in Gadsden Al. http://southeasttreasurehunters.com/index.php?action=forum

We have group hunts often and have a big seeded hunt in the fall for coins and prizes. Come check us out and maybe go find some goodies.

I'm Adam. copperblazer1@yahoo.com.

If you are in northeast Alabama or anywhere else nearby, maybe I can set up a hunt or point you in the right direction.

We welcome anyone with a detector, who wants to participate, to do so. It's usually a mish mash hunt where we have old, new & foreign coins, revolutionary & civil war relics, "junk" items, etc. We also bury painted tokens for prizes and silver coins.

Entry Fee this past year was $30.00 for SETH Members and $40.00 for non-members.

Late entry fee for day of the hunt will be $45.00.

I don't really see this changing any time soon, or if it does, then not by very much.

I think the Cullman hunt is Warior Basin's? We have some of their members in our club, I've wanted to go to their hunt, but haven't been able to do it..yet.

We've been to Gaylesville and surrounding areas, nice place up there.
