General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

Metal Detector for Sale

I have a nice Garrett Freedom III (3) Plus metal detector for sale. The Plus model uses the deeper Crossfire coils.The 8 inch coil has a coil cover. The detector Stand is homemade, but does the job. This is a poplar model for coin hunters having dual disc knobs, sensitivity, and threshold adjustments. It also has the bell tone for penny and higher conductivity. This is an easy to use detector with nice audio. True story::: a month ago I found bunch of clad and a thin womens gold ring with this during my lunch break. I would like 200.00 shipped and if you want a used Deteknix pinpointer.... will throw it in for a a cheap 235.00 total shipped (USA). Paypal only. Will send Tracking info when payment clears. Not really intrested in selling the X-pointer by itself. Thanks. Will try to add some photos
 
This is really a good deal.
Garrett will offer you full value trade in if they can not fix it in the future ... at least they did for me.

With a policy like that buying older garrett detectors is a no brainer.
