Metal Detector repair books.

Inside the METAL DETECTOR

George Overton & Carl Moreland, co-admins for the Geotech web site, are proud to announce their new book Inside the Metal Detector. ITMD is not another "how to use a metal detector" but rather a look inside to the operating principles and electronics that make a detector work.

ITMD not only explains theory but offers numerous experiments and projects that demonstrate the theory.

This book may give you some clues.

I can offer full archive of Geotech on DVD, 2.7GB. schematics, layouts, mods etc.

Thanks for the reply 's i have bought the book by carl moreland One thing i have noticed after opening a few metal detectors up is that the chips have had the numbers "rubbed off".
This i guess is to stop or deter anyone knowing just how the detector works , i have a field master metal detector and all of the chips have been scrubbed on the top to stop anyone
knowing what the chip is.
