Rather new here,I see there's a few guys from michigan.Tried to use the email here,couldn't get it to work.Can't dig YET,but went to an old farm site here,lots of high pitched hits,depth meter shows at least 8 or 9 inches,cross was in the upper right corner.Lots of them in my area that have sat idle for years.Got my Platt book in hand and ready to go for some permission here,as soon as I get a few warmish days.I have a scheme worked out,once when I wanted permission to do a little hunting,I took my daughter,she was like 4 or 5.Man,when i was done I had like 5000 acres to hunt.Thought I would mention it,it does work.Josh, my ten year old will be going with me, to break the ice. Josh will have his compadre,our plan,he digs all the upper stuff,I'll hit the deeper stuff with the ex II.Scott.
