middle rod extension for TDI SL

Can someone tell me if the "middle extension rod" by Whites will work on the TDI SL?? Thanks

Yes it will work. It's needed if you try to use the regular length White's lower rod unless you're 5 feet in height or less. The TDI needs the Tall Man rod if you're anywhere near 6 foot. I think White's went that way to save weight. I use the Tall man rods with most of my coils on the TDI SL but sometimes use the shorter lower rod with the Middle Extension rod.
