Well, for two old guys it was an adventure ! Mike & I went out early this morn to an old CW site. Beautiful sunrise.

Not a whole lot dug but I did get an eagle button , couple bullets and some cartridges. Mike got the same pretty much, no eagle tho. Last year he got the eagle and I didn't

Sure was hard digging, no rain for a long time now. It sure is neat to hold history in your hand. No one here to take our pic so we'll get it taken tomorrow eve when we go to the steak house. Also, I have a site where they have removed a couple houses that we will hit tomorrow or Thursday. I'll post our pics then. steve in so az

Hi Steve and Mike....glad you could get out detecting together and hope you both find lots more when you go where the two houses were torn down! Never know what is hidden to come to the surface!
